How to use contract signing
On site — on the tablet
- Choose a contract
- Collect the name, phone number, and address
- Read the contract and tap the signature field
- Sign with a finger on the large signing pad
- Press [Complete contract] to show the QR
Customer — on their phone
- Scan the QR with the phone camera
- Enter the last 4 digits of the phone number
- View the signed contract and save it as a PDF
Admin — in Ebook management
- Upload PDFs and place signature fields in [Contract types]
- Register tablets in [Signing devices]
- Search and download selected contracts in [Contract history]
- Set the business seal and storage period in [Contract settings]
